IGCS International Announces Strategic Equity Investment by Lacks Enterprises
Dallas, Texas – April 15, 2026 – IGCS International, a CVE-certified Service-Disabled VeteranOwned Small Business (SDVOSB) and leading provider of mission support and MRO
(Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) supplies to the U.S. Department of Defense and federal
agencies, today announced that Lacks Enterprises has acquired an equity stake in the company.
The strategic investment combines IGCS International’s proven expertise in government supply
chain alignment, logistics, and MRO solutions — including multiple multi-million dollar BPAs,
IDIQs, and other contract vehicles with the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), U.S. Air Force, and
U.S. Army commands — with Lacks Enterprises’ world-class advanced manufacturing
capabilities. Together, the companies will introduce high-performance automotive
technologies, including electroplating, injection molding, composites, and innovative
lightweight materials such as Lacks Carbon Fiber™, to the aerospace, defense, and broader
government sectors.

“IGCS has built a strong track record supporting the Department of Defense and federal
customers with reliable MRO supplies, logistics, and supply chain solutions across aerospace,
fleet, marine, and industrial applications,” said Russ Spears, President of IGCS International.
“Our established contract vehicles enable rapid and reliable delivery of mission-critical
solutions. Partnering with Lacks Enterprises allows us to integrate cutting-edge manufacturing
innovation into our offerings, delivering lighter, stronger, and more efficient solutions to meet
the evolving needs of government and defense missions.”

Founded in 1961, Lacks Enterprises is a family-owned, USA-based global leader in advanced
manufacturing with more than six decades of expertise in polymer chemistry, chrome plating
on plastics, injection molding, metal finishing, and high-performance composites. The
company’s Lacks Carbon Fiber™ division produces ultra-lightweight two-piece carbon fiber
wheels and components that significantly reduce weight while enhancing performance,
durability, and efficiency — capabilities now positioned to benefit aerospace and government
applications.

“This investment represents a powerful alignment of strengths,” said Nick Hrynak, CEO of Lacks
Enterprises. “By combining Lacks’ manufacturing excellence with IGCS’s deep understanding of
federal requirements and supply chain execution, we are bringing the best of automotive
innovation to critical government and aerospace sectors.”
The partnership will focus on expanding the availability of lightweight composite technologies,
advanced materials, and integrated supply chain solutions to enhance mission readiness,
reduce weight, improve performance, and better support the Department of Defense and other
federal agencies.
